On May 17 – 19, Irina Voronkina, General Director of the GloBAS Group with Liliya Mubarakova, Director of Stroyprofi visited the factory of VERSEIDAG Indutex GmbH in Krefeld, Germany. The goal was to explore Verseidag’s factory production capacity, meet with the company’s top managers, and discuss the potential for future cooperation. GloBAS Group is the sales representative of VERSEIDAG Indutex GmbH in Russia. Stroyprofi is the official distributor of VERSEIDAG Indutex ceiling solutions on the Russian market.
The GloBAS Group and VERSEIDAG Indutex cooperation started in March 2019 with the talk of searching and initiating contact with potential channel sales partners in Russia. Stroyprofi Company became an official distributor of VERSEIDAG Indutex ceiling solutions since the beginning of 2020. In just several months, the parties discovered a huge potential for the installations of the textile ceilings both in Russia and worldwide. Serious projects are now in discussion and announcements about its details will soon follow. During the visit, the parties took a tour of the production facilities of VERSEIDAG Indutex and discussed the ongoing cooperation and perspectives in the Russian market.

From 29 July 2020, VERSEIDAG-INDUTEX GbmH, including all subsidiaries and permanent establishments, became part of the Serge Ferrari Group. The focus throughout this period on innovative, cutting-edge products and processes has led to many significant advances in the fields of architecture, large tents, digital printing, logistics, and biogas. Two future-oriented segments – automotex and indoor sun protection – have likewise been successfully integrated and expanded with the help of substantial investments.
